The Oath of Satisfaction
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we will make it right — no riddles, no quests, no trials by combat.
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Eligible Returns
We honor the gods by honoring you. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect items sent by our forge

Unused gear still in its original condition

Any order where you’re genuinely unhappy with your experience — because your journey matters
If it’s reasonable, we’ll take care of it. Our warriors don’t leave the battlefield frustrated.
What Cannot Return to the Forge
To keep order in the realm, a few items cannot be returned:

Used lures that have seen battle

Custom builds, unless damaged or incorrect

Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
But if there's any doubt, reach out — we’re not trolls guarding a bridge. We’ll work with you.
How to Begin Your Return
Send word through the Ravens (our Contact page), or email us directly with:

A brief explanation

A photo if the item is damaged
Once received, we’ll guide you through the next steps faster than Thor throws lightning.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our hall and is inspected, your gold will be sent back through the same payment method you used. Expect 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
Exchanges
If you need a different color, size, or model, we’ll happily swap it out — no extra fuss.
Lost In Transit
If the Midgard postal service swallows your order, we will replace it at no cost.
You shouldn’t pay for battles you never got to fight.
