The Journey of Your War Gear

When you place an order with Basshalla, the forge awakens, the anvils roar, and the gods of delivery begin their work. Below lies the saga of how your weapons travel from our halls to your stronghold.
 

 I. Forging & Preparation (Order Processing)

Every lure is prepared by hand and gathered for shipment with care worthy of a warrior.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders made on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • If delays arise, a raven (email) will be sent with an update
     

 II. Tribute for Delivery (Shipping Rates)

Flat-Rate Tribute (Current System)

All orders ship for a simple flat rate shown at checkout — no tricks, no surprise tolls, just a warrior’s honest cost.
 

Future Shipping Options

As our clan grows, we may introduce calculated rates, free-shipping thresholds, or additional delivery methods.
Any new tributes will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
 

III. Realms We Deliver To

Our messengers ride to:

  • All 50 United States

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO military strongholds

At this time, we do not ship beyond the borders of the realm (internationally).
 

 IV. How Long the Journey Takes
(Delivery Times)

Once your order leaves the forge, travel times vary by the path chosen at checkout:

  • Standard Path: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Path: 2–3 business days (when available)

  • Priority Path: 1–2 business days (when available)

Delivery timelines begin after your gear has been crafted and handed to the chosen carrier.
 

V. Tracking Your Shipment
(The Raven Scroll)

When your order ships, a raven will deliver a scroll containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track the journey

  • The carrier entrusted with your package

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to awaken.
 

VI. Carriers of the Realm

Your gear may travel by:

  • USPS — swift riders of the common roads

  • UPS — heavy haulers of the trade routes

  • FedEx — couriers of the fast winds

We select the best carrier to get your gear to you quickly and reliably.
 

VII. Ensure Your Stronghold Is Correct (Address Accuracy)

Before placing your order, verify that your Warrior’s Stronghold (delivery address) is correct.

If the wrong address is given and your package has already shipped:

  • We cannot redirect it mid-journey

  • You may be responsible for reshipment costs or carrier fees

Double-check your stronghold before sealing your order.
 

VIII. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Lost in Transit

If tracking declares “delivered” but no package is found:

  1. Search the perimeter (neighbors, mailrooms, shared boxes)

  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early

  3. Contact the carrier

If your package remains missing, reach out to us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
 

Damaged in Battle

If your gear arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 7 days

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

We will make it right based on the situation.
 

IX. Restrictions

Some PO Boxes may require USPS delivery.
Carrier rules (though rare for fishing gear) may apply to certain items.
