These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the laws of our realm, governing your use of basshalla.com (the “Site”) and any products or services you obtain through it.

By entering this hall and using the Site, you swear an oath to abide by these Terms.

I. Use of the Site — The Warrior’s Eligibility

To place orders within our forge, you must be at least 18 winters old.
You agree to use this Site with honor, following all laws of your land and these Terms.

Basshalla reserves the right to bar entry, adjust the Site, or close parts of the Hall at any time without warning.
 

II. Product Information & Availability — Forged by Hand

Our weapons (products) are crafted and displayed with great care. Still:

• Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, materials, or hand-forging differences.

• We may change or retire items from the Armory at any time.

• All items are offered in limited quantities, subject to availability.

Even the finest forge cannot guarantee eternal stock.
 

III. Orders & Payments — The Exchange of Silver

By placing an order, you declare that:

• All information you provide is true and complete.

• You have the right to use the payment method you offer.

• Prices, tributes, and promotions may shift without notice.

• We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

Payments are processed by third-party partners who may require you to accept additional terms of their own.
 

IV. Shipping & Delivery — Passage Across the Realms

All stated shipping times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may slow your order’s journey.

Once an order leaves our forge and enters the hands of the carrier, the responsibility for safe passage transfers to them.

Accurate address information is the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may lead to delays or additional charges.

V. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges — The Return Path

Our full Return/Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

In general:

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

• Certain forged items—custom, specialty, or safety-related—may be final sale.

• Unless noted, return shipping costs fall on the customer.

We stand by the quality of our craft, but all returns must follow the laws set forth in our policy.
 

VI. Intellectual Property — The Marks of the Forge

All images, product designs, texts, logos, graphics, and other content on this Site belong to Basshalla and are protected by U.S. and international laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, forge, alter, or create derivative works from our creations without written permission.

Our symbols are sacred. Use them wisely.
 

VII. User Submissions & Reviews — Tales Told by Warriors

If you share content—reviews, photos, comments, or other submissions—you grant Basshalla a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in relation to our forge and brand.

You agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others. Honor is expected here.
 

VIII. Third-Party Links — Paths Beyond the Realm

Our Site may include links to third-party halls, merchants, or resources.
We do not control those realms and claim no responsibility for their content, policies, or actions.

Follow external links at your own risk.
 

IX. Disclaimer of Warranties — As Is, As Forged

To the fullest extent allowed under Michigan and U.S. law, the Site and all products are offered “as is” and “as available.”

We do not promise:

• flawless function,

• uninterrupted service,

• perfect accuracy,

• or immunity from digital threats.

All lures, gear, and forged items must be used responsibly and at your own risk.
 

X. Limitation of Liability — Boundaries of the Forge

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basshalla shall not be held liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• loss of earnings, business, or data,

• injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of our products.

Should a claim arise, our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Some realms (states) restrict such limitations, so exceptions may apply.
 

XI. Indemnification — The Warrior’s Shield Oath

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Basshalla, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from:

• your use of the Site,

• your breach of these Terms,

• or violations of rights or laws by your actions.

Stand accountable for your own conduct within our realm.
 

XII. Governing Law — Rule of the North

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Michigan, where judgment shall be rendered.

We may alter these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will appear on this Site with a new “Last Updated” date.
